Dr. Lisa Laurent Headshot

As Chief Medical Officer for Alameda Health System, Dr. Laurent oversees clinical leadership and quality programs across five acute care hospitals, including a Level 1 trauma center, and numerous ambulatory centers.

Prior to working at Alameda Health System, she served as CMO at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center and the Disney Family Cancer Center.

Dr. Laurent has degrees from Smith College and Drexel University School of Medicine and completed diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and an imaging fellowship at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She is a Certified Physician Executive, Fellow of the American Association for Physician Leadership, and a Fellow of the Institute of Medicine of Chicago.
