Dr. Porshia Mack, MD, MBA is the Associate Chief Medical Officer for Alameda Health System (AHS), Ambulatory Services.
In this role, Dr. Mack oversees outpatient services within AHS. Ambulatory services include primary care, specialty clinics, dental services, urgent care, homeless services and behavioral health.
Prior to working at Alameda Health System, she worked within the Community Health Center Network (CHCN), including at LifeLong Medical health center and then Tiburcio Vasquez health center, where she served as Chief Medical officer. Prior to Dr. Mack’s CHCN work, she worked as a Pediatric ED attending in Brooklyn, NY and then as an Urgent Care and Hospitalist attending at UCSF Benioff Children’s hospital.
Dr. Mack has her undergraduate degree from Stanford University, her medical degree from the University of Kansas, and her MBA from University of San Francisco. Dr. Mack is a national committee member for the American Board of Pediatrics.
