Alameda Health System’s (AHS) 2025 Open Enrollment (OE) period begins October 14 and runs through October 28, 2024. During this time, all staff have the opportunity to review, update and select their benefits for the upcoming year. Expect to receive your OE packet by mail the week of October 14.
While OE is passive, meaning your current benefits will automatically carry over if you don’t make any changes, we strongly encourage you to take this time to review your existing plans. Rember to explore updates or changes and review costs to ensure your 2025 coverage meets your needs.
If you are participating in the Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts and Share the Savings Program, you must re-enroll annually.
To ensure staff are getting the information they need to make informed decisions about their benefits, AHS is hosting a series of virtual benefit forums beginning on October 9 where they can talk with subject matter experts. Please come prepared with questions.
