We are honored to have hosted California State Treasurer Fiona Ma for a tour at the Wilma Chan Highland Hospital Campus (WCHHC) in early July. The tour was an opportunity to showcase our facility and for the Treasurer to learn more about the essential services provided at the WCHHC. Treasurer Ma shared she was excited to have chatted and met with our staff.
The tour was coordinated by the Public Affairs and Community Engagement (PACE) department that leads the government and legislative affairs function at Alameda Health System. One of their many tasks includes nurturing relationships with elected officials and advocating for the system to fulfill the mission of Caring, Healing, Teaching, and Serving All.
