LEARN

Learn how to prepare for birth, how to breastfeed, how to take care of your newborn, and more. You and your support person are welcome to sign up for prenatal classes. 

You will also learn how to join a CenteringPregnancy group for your prenatal care.

Childbirth education classes are on pause and the schedule will be posted when they restart.

If you have any concerns, our social workers and psychologists are available to provide support.
