The Board of Trustees is charged with the governance of Alameda Health System. Trustees are appointed by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors.
Meetings
The Board of Trustees meets on the fourth Thursday of each month in the HPC Conference Center on the third floor of Highland Care Pavilion, 1411 E. 31st St. in Oakland. Public sessions begin at 5 p.m. To confirm meeting times, locations, and agendas, contact the Clerk of the Board.
The board may schedule additional meetings to conduct its business as necessary.
