The California HealthCare Foundation (CHCF) just announced this past Wednesday, December 16th, that three AHS providers:
Palav Babaria, MD, MHS | Medical Director | Alameda Health System
David Moskowitz, MD, MAS | Medical Director, Hope Center | Alameda Health System
Lisa Rosequist, PhD | Psychology Program Director | Alameda Health System
have been selected for a two-year fellowship (2015-2017) with the HealthCare Leadership Program. The program is a collaboration with the University of California – San Francisco’s Center for the Health Professions, and is one of the most highly regarded leadership training programs for clinically trained health care professionals throughout California.
The part-time fellowship gives hands on opportunities to build the decision making, strategic planning, and executive skills necessary to understand today’s workforce issues, and create viable solutions to combat California’s challenging health care system with a special focus on the undeserved.
Many of the alums of this program have gone on to serve in leadership roles throughout California’s public health, safety net, and academic health systems.
A big congratulations to Dr. Barbaria, Dr. Moskowitz, and Dr. Rosequist!
