Kinzi Richholt, M.N.
Kinzi Richholt, an esteemed Bay Area health care professional with more than 25 years of experience, oversees nursing services and operations for acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and psychiatric, outpatient clinics and skilled nursing for Alameda Health System (AHS). She joined AHS in February 2014 as interim Chief Nurse Executive, and was permanently appointed to the role in July 2014. Ms. Richholt is a strong advocate for excellence, innovation, education, and research which guide organizational focus around quality patient and family centered care.
Prior to her role at AHS, Ms. Richholt served as a consultant for Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Antioch, California and Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, California.
Ms. Richholt has also served as Chief System Operations of Management Support Services at Washington Hospital Healthcare System in Fremont, California, where she led cardiovascular and perioperative services, pharmacy, materials management, and food and nutrition services. She has alsoheld several positions at St. Rose Hospital in Hayward, California, including Senior Vice President, Vice President of Patient Care Services. Her accomplishments at St. Rose Hospital included creating a “Partners-in-Practice” delivery care system in collaboration with the Chief of Medical Staff, and managing all operations.
Ms. Richholt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco.
